About You
- Minimum 8+ years of business development experience with significant exposure to DoD market pursuits.
- Track record of successful growth strategy development and execution.
- Strong solution-selling experience with federal government customers.
- Expertise in federal acquisition trends and Government contracting processes.
- Bachelor's degree in business, technical discipline, or related field.
- Proven ability to develop and execute detailed pursuit plans and sales strategies.
- Attention to detail and proactive communication skills.
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills.
Benefits
- Competitive salary range of $160k–$220k annually based on experience and qualifications.
