About the Role
As the Director of E-Commerce and Strategic Accounts, you will be responsible for leading the strategy for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) websites, 3rd Party Marketplaces, and Strategic E-Retail Partners. Your key responsibilities will include driving sales through advanced SEO, managing digital marketing budgets, optimizing product listings, and negotiating with key retail partners. This position requires a strategic mindset to build and scale the business effectively.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years in Ecommerce leadership with experience managing Amazon and major big-box e-retailers.
- Proven experience with SEO tools and a deep understanding of ecommerce search algorithms.
- Strong financial literacy and ability to manage P&Ls.
Preferred:
- Advanced proficiency with Shopify Plus, Amazon Seller Central, and Retailer Portals.
- Experience in building and scaling DTC brands through organic search and paid digital media.
- Familiarity with ERP and PIM systems integration.
