About the Role
As the Director of Employee Experience, you will be responsible for connecting solutions across the EX portfolio, including employee insights, strategy and change management, and employee experience software. You will develop measurable strategies that support HR programs and utilize your creativity and writing skills to present content effectively. Key responsibilities include assessing client needs, influencing executive decisions, and overseeing the delivery of communication strategies.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of business experience in sales and implementing strategies aligned with employee priorities.
- Superior ability to influence and collaborate with senior management across all organizational levels.
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree.
Preferred:
- Experience in organizational and culture change, employee listening strategies, and human capital consulting.
- Proven ability to apply understanding of human behavior to influence sales and shape effective strategies.
- Global experience in building client relationships and leading teams.
