About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; Masters degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership roles managing engineering teams.
- 8+ years of hands-on software development experience with enterprise-scale applications.
- 5+ years of experience building applications on the Salesforce platform, including custom development using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- 5+ years of experience leading development of SaaS applications in production environments.
- Proven track record leading engineering teams of 15+ professionals.
Preferred:
- 3+ years working with government agencies or federal contractors.
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer).
- Experience with Public Sector Solutions or Government Cloud.
- Knowledge of FedRAMP and government compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with MuleSoft or integration platforms.
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD automation.
