About the Role
As the Director of Engineering Recruiting, you will be responsible for strategic talent acquisition, leading full-cycle recruitment for senior and executive engineering roles, and collaborating with senior leaders to align recruiting with business goals. You will leverage analytics to improve hiring processes and build a high-performing team of technical recruiters.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of technical recruiting experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Proven success hiring for senior and executive engineering roles in fast-paced, scaling environments.
Preferred:
- Experience in startups, scaling (300+ hires a year), and cloud/infrastructure tech.
- Deep knowledge of engineering org structures, technologies, and role nuances.
