Mogi I/O is seeking a Director of Enterprise Sales - Banking Sector to join their team in Arlington, TX. The role involves driving new business growth within the banking and financial services sector by acquiring new clients and positioning technology-driven software services and solutions.
About the Role
As the Director of Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for identifying and winning new banking and financial services clients, building a strong sales pipeline, developing tailored account strategies, and engaging with clients to understand their challenges. You will also work with technical teams to create customized proposals, present technology solutions, and maintain accurate CRM records while achieving assigned revenue quotas.
About You
Required:
10+ years of technology sales experience, with a strong focus on BFSI.
Minimum 5+ years recent FinTech domain experience.
Proven Hunter profile with strong new-logo acquisition track record.
Experience selling software services / digital transformation / AI solutions.
Demonstrated success managing annual quotas of USD 3.5M–4M.
Strong knowledge of the Texas BFSI market.
Experience in mid-to-large companies (minimum employee size: 1000+).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
No education gaps; strong academic consistency.
Preferred:
MBA preferred.
Exposure to enterprise cloud, modernization, or data/AI-driven solutions.
