About the Role

You will also lead change management efforts and act as a liaison between stakeholders and IT teams to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 6 - 8 years of experience in enterprise technology program management, IT strategy, or digital transformation in the financial services sector.
- Proven experience managing large-scale technology implementations, including CRM, cloud, data platforms, and core banking systems.
Preferred:
- Master's Degree in Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Strong ability to establish effective working relationships and facilitate problem-solving.
