About the Role
As the Director of Environmental Services, you will be responsible for developing and implementing cleaning protocols in accordance with OSHA regulations, coordinating custodial staff, conducting inspections for quality control, managing inventory of cleaning supplies, and collaborating with other departments to address environmental service needs.
About You
Required:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within environmental services or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of custodial practices, OSHA regulations, and commercial cleaning techniques.
- Experience with floor care, including stripping, waxing, and buffing floors.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with staff at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of hospital environmental service requirements.
