About the Role
As the Director of Environmental Services, you will manage and evaluate employee schedules, implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, perform daily inspections, organize monthly staff meetings, and oversee the exterior landscaping of the campus. You will also be responsible for hiring, training, and maintaining departmental records.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma required.
- Minimum of five years EVS experience in a healthcare setting required.
