About the Role
As the Director of Fair and Responsible Banking and Community Reinvestment, you will monitor regulatory changes, partner with stakeholders to achieve CRA and fair lending outcomes, and guide strategic plans supporting the bank's HBCU program. You will also conduct community outreach, manage CRA donations, and prepare performance reports for executive leadership. Your role will require collaboration with various departments to ensure compliance and effective community engagement.
About You
Required:
- Expert-level knowledge of federal and state banking regulations, particularly HMDA, CRA, and UDAAP.
- Bachelor’s Degree or 15 years of senior-level compliance management experience.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Prior fair and responsible banking compliance experience at a large bank subject to direct CFPB oversight.
- Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) or similar compliance certification.
- Experience conducting redlining analysis.
