About the Role
As the Director of Finance & Operations, you will be responsible for preparing financial statements, refining financial processes, overseeing budgets, generating detailed financial reports, managing accounts payable/receivable, and advising on strategic financial decisions. Additionally, you will oversee operational functions to enhance organizational efficiency and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance.
- Expertise in preparing Financial Statements and conducting Financial Reporting.
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate financial data and identify trends.
- Excellent organizational and technical skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in operational management and understanding of compliance standards.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and leadership.
Preferred:
- Professional certifications such as CPA.
