About You
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior financial management role in a non-profit organization.
- Strong supervisory experience with a proven ability to lead and develop a team.
- Experience with government and private funding requirements.
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial management systems.
- CPA or MBA.
