About the Role

As the Director of Finance And Administration, you will be responsible for managing financial reporting, general accounting, and monthly close processes for multiple U.S. entities. You will ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate accounting policies, manage accounts payable and receivable, lead treasury operations, oversee U.S. tax compliance, coordinate external audits, and provide strategic direction to regional accounting teams. Additionally, you will drive process improvements and operational efficiencies within the finance function.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/CMA preferred).
10+ years of progressive accounting experience within an international or multi-entity environment.
Strong expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, and multinational accounting frameworks.
Proficiency with ERP and financial reporting systems.
