About the Role

Key responsibilities include maintaining financial records, preparing financial statements, managing budgets, overseeing payroll, and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will also manage day-to-day operations, support member services, and lead governance and compliance efforts.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years in financial management and operations, preferably in a nonprofit setting.
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks/Bill.com), CRM systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Preferred:
- Experience in managing multiple priorities in a small nonprofit environment.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
- Commitment to data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.
