About the Role
As the Director of FP&A, you will be responsible for the annual budget and forecasting process, developing strategic goals related to revenue planning and profitability, and conducting financial analysis and reporting. You will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive profitability and ensure efficient financial operations.
About You
Required:
- 5 to 7 years’ experience in financial planning & analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or business.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, ERP/Planning systems, and business intelligence software.
Preferred:
- Experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably food manufacturing.
