About You
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field.
- Strong commercial and sales mindset with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Proven track record of growing revenue and managing a business or product line.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and developing talent in fast-paced environments.
- Background in financial services, F&I, dealer development, or commercial leadership within marine or automotive industries.
- MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
