About the Role
As the Director of Franchise Operations, you will identify and engage potential franchise partners, manage the full franchise development process, and support new franchisees as they launch their operations. Your responsibilities will include guiding prospective franchisees through the evaluation process, overseeing onboarding and training, conducting on-site visits, and collaborating with executive leadership on franchise growth strategies.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in franchise development, sales, or multi-unit operations.
- Proven track record of recruiting and onboarding franchisees or business owners.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in moving, logistics, or service-based industries.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to travel nationwide.
