About the Role
As the Director of Growth, you will be the first marketing hire, working directly with the CEO and product team to define and execute the go-to-market approach. You will develop innovative marketing strategies, manage contractors, and engage with influencers to enhance brand visibility. This role requires a high degree of ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
About You
Required:
- More than 5 years of experience in marketing, ideally as an early marketing hire at an early-stage startup.
- Proven success in driving growth through innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of SEO, email marketing, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Experience managing contractors or freelancers to execute marketing plans.
- Proficiency with analytics platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proactive approach to marketing ownership.
- Experience engaging with influencers and leveraging partnerships to grow brand visibility.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment where creativity and data-driven decisions go hand in hand.
