As the Director of Hospice, you will be responsible for overseeing hospice operations, managing a team, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. You will lead initiatives to improve patient care and operational efficiency while maintaining a supportive team culture. The position requires local travel on a monthly basis and includes an on-call rotation.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years of home health or hospice leadership experience, including at least 3 years at the Director level.
- Active California RN license.
- Experience overseeing mid to large (300+) census operations.
Preferred:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Strong execution, critical thinking, and ability to manage complex operations.
- Highly organized leader who can stabilize operations.
