About the Role
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
- Ten or more years of progressive HR experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
- Extensive knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, organizational development, and change management.
- Nonprofit sector experience.
- Advanced degree or HR certification.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills.
