About the Role
As the Director of Influencer and Affiliate Marketing, you will lead the comprehensive influencer and affiliate strategy, develop best practices across various channels, and launch Jones Road's presence on TikTok Shop. You will also manage agency relationships, build scalable organic seeding programs, and ensure the growth of the paid influencer program against core KPIs.
About You
Required:
- 7-10 years of experience in influencer marketing and affiliate program management.
- Deep understanding of the creator landscape across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Proven DTC experience with measurable results.
Preferred:
- Experience in the beauty or CPG industry.
- Deep expertise in ShopMy, LTK, Tribe Dynamica or similar affiliate platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex programs simultaneously.
