About You
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Typically 15+ years of experience in IT service delivery or IT operations with 5+ years developing and implementing IT strategies.
- Deep technical proficiency in Microsoft/Azure directory services, Microsoft 365, and Windows/MAC operating systems.
- Certification in ITIL, COBIT, CompTIA, or equivalent.
- Experience managing cross-functional remote teams and outsourced/vendor managed services.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage team with a collaborative leadership style.
