About the Role
As the Director of Large-Scale Manufacturing, you will be responsible for overseeing all large-scale manufacturing processes, ensuring production efficiency, and leading a multidisciplinary team. Your duties will include developing strategic plans, managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 10+ years of proven experience in leadership roles, preferably in the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Solid understanding of cGMP, FDA regulations, and quality management systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Preferred:
- Minimum BS/BA degree in chemical/biochemical engineering or biological sciences/life sciences.
- 15+ years of proven experience in leadership roles in the biopharmaceutical industry.
- Understanding of Lean Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
- Experience implementing digital technologies to create efficiencies.
