About You
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in a relevant field.
- A minimum of eight years of progressively responsible managerial and leadership experience in public sector library administration, including at least three years in a supervisory capacity.
- American Library Association Accredited Master’s degree in library and information science.
- Possession of, or ability to acquire, a Virginia State Professional Librarian Certification.
Chesterfield County is a local government adjacent to Richmond, VA with a population of approximately 350,000, encompassing 436 square miles.
