Summary
EPI Networking is seeking a Director of Manufacturing Operations to oversee operations at their New Jersey and Arizona manufacturing facilities. The role focuses on leading teams to achieve quality excellence and manufacturing efficiencies.
About the Role
As the Director of Manufacturing Operations, you will report directly to the COO and be responsible for all operational activities, including preproduction planning, manufacturing, packaging, and warehousing. You will lead and develop teams, promote a positive safety culture, implement key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. Your role will also involve supplier interactions, utilizing lean and six sigma methodologies, and maintaining a competent staff through effective management.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience, with a minimum of five years in a senior management role supervising managerial staff.
- Bilingual, must be able to read and write English.
Preferred:
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or food and beverage manufacturing.
- Familiarity with lean and six sigma methodologies.
