- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, including at least three years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of branding principles, market analysis, and digital marketing.
- Industry experience in apparel, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Familiarity with marketing technologies such as ZoomInfo, Salesforce, and Adobe Creative Suite.
