About the Role
As the Director of Non-Profit & Municipal Lending, you will be responsible for developing loan policies, pricing strategies, and marketing plans to grow the business segment. You will manage the existing portfolio, determine credit eligibility, prepare loan narratives, and ensure compliance with credit quality standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams to promote the bank's strategic priorities and represent the bank in community and professional organizations.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in accounting/finance.
- Ten (10) years of proven experience in not-for-profit/municipal relationship/portfolio management.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated sales and negotiating experience.
Preferred:
- Experience working with not-for-profit and municipal lending.
- Experience in creating policies specific to not-for-profit and municipal business line management.
