As the Director of Nursing & Wellness, you will lead and inspire a clinical team, oversee wellness programs, and ensure compliance with state regulations. You will have the opportunity to shape the daily experience of residents, support families, and create a culture of care, compassion, and excellence.
About You
Required:
- Indiana nursing license with 3+ years of experience leading a clinical team.
- Valid CPR, TB, and First Aid certifications.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to inspire teams and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends as needed).
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation.
