- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
- Two years of experience in a Director of Nursing role.
- Prior experience in a Long-Term Care/SNF/AL/MC setting.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
- A flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
- A passion for working with seniors.
