About You
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program.
- Active RN license (or license acceptable to the applicable State Board of Nursing).
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
- Minimum 5-7 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years in nursing leadership/management.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated critical thinking, judgment, and ability to work independently.
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Certification in clinical specialty or nursing administration.
