About the Role
As the Director of Nursing (DON), you will plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the nursing service department and its programs. You will lead the clinical team, ensure quality care, develop quality assurance programs, and participate in facility surveys to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
About You
Required:
- Associate degree or advanced degree in Nursing.
- Current, valid state RN license and current, valid CPR certification.
Preferred:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
