About the Role
As the Director of Nursing and Clinical Operations, you will provide clinical oversight, leadership, and operational support to multiple facilities. You will serve as an interim Director of Nursing during vacancies, ensuring continuity of care and compliance. Key responsibilities include leading nursing teams, supporting survey readiness, and implementing improvements in clinical operations. The role requires extensive travel to various facilities within the region.
About You
Required:
- RN Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university.
- Current, active, and unencumbered RN license in the assigned state(s).
- Minimum of five (5) years of management or supervisory experience in long-term care or acute care settings.
- Current CPR certification.
Preferred:
- Experience in restorative or geriatric nursing.
- Proven leadership and performance management experience.
