About the Role
As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care services, supervising staff, and ensuring quality and adequacy of services. You will serve as a liaison between the Executive Director, clinical staff, patients, and the community, while also advocating for patients and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and standards.
About You
Required:
- Registered nurse with a baccalaureate or higher degree in nursing or related field and three years of experience in a hospice or home health agency, primary care clinic, or health facility, with at least one year in a supervisory or administrative capacity.
- Current, active RN license within the State.
Preferred:
- Certification in hospice, Home Health, or Palliative Nursing.
- Demonstrated competency in clinical decision-making and knowledge of applicable laws and regulations.
