About You
- Must meet State and Federal Director of Nursing requirements including at least one year of long-term care supervisory experience.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and possess a valid RN license in good standing according to State and Federal requirements.
- Thorough understanding of safe effective nursing practices within the State of Indiana.
- Basic computer knowledge and skills.
- Ability to deal tactfully with residents, family members, and other personnel.
- A passion for caring for people.
- Ability to protect the integrity of confidential information and adhere to Corporate Compliance and HIPAA.
- Knowledge of personal computers, Word, Excel, and office machines.
