Summary
HOPE Center is seeking a Director of Nursing to join their team in Sacramento, CA. The role involves integrating and coordinating a patient-centric nursing strategy focused on high-quality healthcare delivery.
About the Role
As the Director of Nursing, you will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, responsible for ensuring that healthcare delivery aligns with the mission and values of Universal Health Services. You will participate in strategic planning and focus on five key areas: People, Service, Quality, Growth, and Finance.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) with a minimum of 5 years of Nursing Leadership experience.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of California.
- Thorough knowledge of JCAHO, HCFA, OSHA regulations and all state and federal regulatory standards.
Preferred:
- Experience in nursing administration and/or dedicated leadership experience in psychiatric nursing.
- Master's Degree in Nursing or related field.
