About the Role
As the Director of Operational Excellence, you will take complete ownership of a critical domain within the national launch strategy, such as regulatory approvals, onboarding, or financial operations. You will lead cross-functional execution with full decision authority, develop scalable playbooks, and collaborate with founders and stakeholders to ensure launch-ready infrastructure. Your role will leverage AI tools and automation to enhance operational efficiency and execution timelines.
About You
Required:
- Minimum 3 years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG).
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional operations in high-pressure, ambiguous environments.
- Exceptional capability in at least one domain: regulatory navigation, onboarding systems, or financial operations at scale.
- Structured approach to problem-solving with a strong bias toward action.
- U.S. work authorization and availability to travel approximately 1 week per month.
- Proficiency with AI tools to optimize workflow efficiency.
