About You
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 7 years of progressively responsible experience in clinical laboratory operations or healthcare management within a large medical center.
- Proven experience leading multi-site laboratory teams and implementing operational improvements.
- Deep understanding of clinical laboratory workflows and healthcare operations.
- Strong financial acumen and business planning skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and change-management abilities.
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field.
- Knowledge of LIS systems, billing, and reimbursement processes.
- Familiarity with Lean and continuous improvement principles.
