About the Role
As the Director of Operations, you will lead support services including housing, transportation, and facility management. You will supervise staff, collaborate with department directors, conduct planning meetings, and ensure operational processes are integrated smoothly. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining documentation, managing facility-level concerns, and participating in audits and inspections.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED required; vocational or 4-year degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare, residential, or operations-related setting.
- CPR Certification required (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic systems (e.g., Paychex).
Preferred:
- Additional training or education in healthcare administration, operations, or business.
- Experience managing support services in a regulated environment.
- Familiarity with safety regulations, infection control, and workplace policies (e.g., OSHA, Joint Commission).
