About the Role
As the Director of Outreach and Business Development, you will be responsible for developing and managing a robust referral network, driving new patient acquisition, and collaborating with various departments to align outreach efforts with organizational goals. You will lead the outreach team, represent the organization in high-level meetings, and contribute to strategic planning and performance discussions.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree (advanced degree a plus).
- 5+ years of experience leading sales, business development, or outreach teams in healthcare or related service industries.
- Proven record of building and managing a team to achieve measurable growth outcomes.
- Strong communication skills to present effectively to healthcare executives and community leaders.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting grant applications or partnership agreements.
