About the Role
As the Director of Patient Services, you will be responsible for the overall clinical oversight and quality of care provided by the agency. This includes ensuring compliance with New York State Department of Health regulations, leading nursing staff, monitoring performance and quality outcomes, and supporting operational leadership to enhance patient experience and regulatory readiness. You will emphasize patient-centered care and foster a supportive environment for both staff and patients.
About You
Required:
- Current, unrestricted New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory or management experience in a home care or comparable healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated knowledge of New York State Department of Health regulations governing Licensed Home Care Services Agencies.
- Strong clinical judgment and regulatory compliance expertise.
Preferred:
- Master’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Proven leadership ability with experience supervising nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulatory-driven environment.
