About You
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and four years of progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience, including 18 months in a managerial capacity.
- Experience supervising staff performing clerical/administrative work.
- 7+ years experience supervising a payroll/timekeeping staff.
- Proficient in the use of the City of New York’s automated payroll systems.
- Comprehensive knowledge of payroll best practices and regulations.
- Ability to interpret complex contracts and collective bargaining agreements.
- Experience in policy implementation and training facilitation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

- Salary range of $160k–$190k.
