Summary
Flow Control Group is seeking a Director of Pricing to join their team in Charlotte, NC. The role involves defining and executing the company’s pricing strategy to drive profitable growth and maintain competitive positioning.
About the Role
As the Director of Pricing, you will lead the pricing team and influence cross-functional leaders to drive cultural adoption of pricing discipline. You will develop and own the enterprise pricing strategy, manage pricing initiatives, and drive gross margin and EBITDA improvement. Additionally, you will partner with Sales leadership to embed pricing discipline and build pricing analytics capabilities.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in pricing, strategy, finance, or commercial leadership.
- Proven success driving margin expansion in a B2B, distribution, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action.
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in private equity–backed or highly performance-driven organizations.
- Consultant mindset and strong ability to persuade using data.
