About You
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field.
- At least 10+ years of progressive procurement experience in manufacturing or CPG, preferably in beverage or food.
- Demonstrated experience owning and leading enterprise-wide procurement functions.
- Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of delivering measurable cost and supply performance results.
- Ability to influence and communicate effectively at the executive level.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
