Summary
Honor Credit Union is seeking a Director of Product to join their team in Berrien Springs, MI. The role involves developing, enhancing, and pricing credit union deposit and card products while managing the Product Team.
About the Role
As the Director of Product, you will be responsible for assessing members' financial traits and needs, recommending modifications to product lines, analyzing market competition, and performing ongoing product analysis. You will also manage and develop the Product Team, collaborating with internal stakeholders on new product implementations.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; or an equivalent combination of training and work experience.
- Five to eight years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience.
- Thorough understanding of Credit Union products, services, and competitors' product lines.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and ability to convey ideas.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated ability to keep finances in order.
- Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong project management skills, well-organized with an excellent eye for detail.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
