About the Role
As the Director of Product Design, you will develop and implement a comprehensive UX strategy that aligns with Clover’s business goals. You will actively participate in the design process, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, and manage a UX team. Additionally, you will oversee user research initiatives, present findings to executive leadership, and advocate for user-centered design within the organization.
About You
Required:
- 12+ years of experience in user experience design, with Fintech/Payments domain experience.
- 5+ years in a People Management role, overseeing and managing projects and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of human-centered design processes and artifacts.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- Experience managing teams working with AI technology and/or designing AI-powered products.
- Experience working as a principal individual contributor.
- Knowledge of advanced features of design and prototyping tools.
