Required:

Experience leading and growing mission-driven programs within a nonprofit or healthcare-related setting.
Demonstrated success in program strategy, implementation, and impact evaluation.
Strong relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders including community partners and medical professionals.
Comfort working with data, reporting outcomes, and supporting grant compliance.
Passion for advancing patient advocacy, research awareness, and health equity initiatives.
