A Hiring Company is seeking a Director of Property Management to join their team in St Louis, MO. The role involves overseeing the performance, growth, and operational excellence of the Midwest portfolio, including P&L accountability and team leadership.
About the Role
As the Director of Property Management, you will be responsible for strategic and financial leadership, including owning regional P&L accountability, leading business planning and budgeting processes, and executing strategic initiatives. You will oversee a portfolio of 60+ properties, ensuring best-in-class property management standards, financial reporting, and compliance. Additionally, you will serve as a senior relationship leader for key clients and build a high-performing team while fostering a culture of collaboration and service excellence.
About You
Required:
- 8–12+ years of progressive commercial real estate leadership experience.
- Multi-property oversight required, oversight of portfolio preferred.
- Demonstrated experience supporting regional P&L performance.
- Strong knowledge of CAM reconciliations, lease administration, and property financial reporting.
- Experience with Yardi and Commercial Café.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Valid driver's license required.
