About the Role

You will ensure compliance with regulations, conduct interviews to identify activity needs, develop individualized recreation care plans, coordinate activities with other departments, supervise recreation staff, maintain documentation, oversee quality assurance programs, organize special events, and stay current on best practices.
About You
Required:
- Previous experience as a Recreation Director in a healthcare or senior living setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple programs simultaneously.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and care planning processes.
