About the Role
As the Director of Rehab PT, you will be responsible for the efficient management of rehabilitation services in assigned accounts, providing direct patient care, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards. You will oversee staff development, manage financial controls, and assist in budget preparation while promoting Powerback Rehabilitation products and services.
About You
Required:
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license eligibility.
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
- Three years of direct patient care experience and one year of management experience.
- Thorough knowledge of Medicare and third-party billing.
