About the Role
As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will be responsible for overseeing therapy, wellness, and fitness advocacy within the community. You will manage staff, ensure compliance with policies, communicate effectively with community leadership, and participate in quality assurance and resident care coordination. The role requires strong leadership to achieve patient care and financial objectives while maintaining high standards of performance and patient quality care.
About You
Required:
- Must possess a degree in therapy from an accredited school.
- Must hold a current and active license as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Thorough knowledge of Medicare and third-party billing.
- One year of management experience.
Preferred:
- Two years of experience as a Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant, Occupational Therapist, Occupational Therapy Assistant, or Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with a diverse population.
